General Terms

Queen Baji is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Queen Baji and all of its members. On this page, "we", "Queen Baji", or "the platform" refers to the operating entity behind Queen Baji. "You", "member", or "user" refers to any registered or unregistered individual who accesses or uses our platform.

These terms may be updated at any time. We will notify you of any changes. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Registration

Eligibility Requirements

To open an account with Queen Baji, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You are opening the account in your own name and not on behalf of anyone else.
• You are not located in a country or region where online betting is strictly prohibited.
• Each member may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.

KYC Verification

Queen Baji follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure security and prevent fraud. Identity verification may be required before withdrawals or transactions above a certain amount. This may involve submitting a National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

You can deposit on Queen Baji using Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the maximum is ৳50,000 per transaction. Successful deposits are generally reflected in your balance within a few minutes.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. However, verification requirements may extend this timeframe in some cases. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500, and the daily maximum is ৳1,00,000.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals of large amounts may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• Queen Baji reserves the right to suspend withdrawals on any transaction flagged as suspicious.

Bonuses & Promotions

Queen Baji offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms that must be met.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to most bonuses. For example, if a bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement and you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before you can make a withdrawal.

• Welcome Bonus: 10x wagering required, valid for 30 days.
• Weekly Cashback: Withdrawable directly, no wagering required.
• Referral Bonus: 5x wagering required before withdrawal.
• Festival Bonus: Separate terms and conditions apply to each offer.

Bonus Abuse

Claiming the same bonus multiple times, using bonuses across multiple accounts, or attempting to earn bonuses through any fraudulent means will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to permanent account closure.

Betting Rules

General Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Queen Baji. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so please verify all details before placing your bet.

• Bets can be placed before a match starts or during Live Betting.
• Pre-match bets placed before kick-off will be considered valid once the match begins.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Queen Baji reserves the right to void any bet that was incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.
• No claims will be accepted on the basis of odds changes.

Live Betting

Odds in Live Betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed will be considered final. Queen Baji is not liable for any odds changes caused by network delays.

Maximum Winnings Limit

There is a maximum payout limit per single bet. This limit may vary by market and event. Please refer to the relevant market details for more information.

Lottery Terms

Queen Baji's Lottery section operates under its own set of rules. Please familiarise yourself with the following terms before participating.

• Lottery tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased.
• Every draw is conducted using RNG technology, ensuring complete fairness and impartiality.
• Draw results are final and no disputes will be accepted.
• Winnings are credited to the winner's balance immediately after the prize draw concludes.
• A special verification process may apply for jackpot prizes.
• Lottery prizes not claimed within 30 days may be forfeited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Queen Baji platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation.
• Exploiting any technical error or bug for personal gain.
• Using Queen Baji for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other members.
• Placing automated bets using third-party software or bots.
• Involvement in match fixing or any form of sports manipulation.

Account Closure & Suspension

Our Rights

Queen Baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly if:

• Evidence of involvement in any prohibited activity is found.
• The information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• Refusal to complete KYC verification.
• A security risk or suspicious activity is identified.

Self-Requested Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

Privacy & Data Protection

Queen Baji is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. We use your data solely for service delivery, verification, and legal compliance purposes. Your information is never sold to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Queen Baji is not liable for:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party services (Mobile Pay, Nagad).
• Any losses resulting from sharing your account credentials with others.
• Unforeseen events or force majeure circumstances.

Queen Baji's total liability shall never exceed a member's cumulative deposits over their most recent 1-month period.

Right to Amend Terms

Queen Baji reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, we will provide advance notice via notification or email. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
